T500 Treadmill: A good value entry level treadmill. The T500 is perfect for walking or jogging. The machine has a top speed of 6.2mph (10kph), 5 pre-set workout programs and a 4 position manually adjustable incline.

The first treadmill in the york range. Comfortable to use. Has 5 pre-set programs where time and speed can be altered. Can set a target to complete on time, distance or calories. For example could set calories to be burnt to 300 then start and continue until the target was reached. Can adjust the incline manually by 4 positions to vary the intensity of the workout.
